Jazzing up standard sandwich combos with healthy twists keeps my brown-bag lunches interesting. My uncle first gave me the idea when, instead of making a cucumber sandwich or PB&J, he made a cucumber and peanut butter sandwich. Crunchy, cool, and less sugar!
